it helps simplify things and makes things more efficient

Pros & Cons about google docs
Pros:
- easy sharable files
- saved online
- google is trustworthy
Cons:
- the interface is confusing
- the set up is difficult to work with
- if the email has been hacked into, the saved files are vulnerable
