Origination 2010 Week 1

we got into groups with the people on our row to discuss and brainstorm about each groups part in setting up a exhibition. Our groups role was the community, and being the community, we had to come up with ideas on what the community would like to see and other things that they would enjoy.
here is what me and my group mates Stevie, Sarah and Teddy ( aka Teddy-pain) have come up with

Group Exercise – Community
As a member of the community, being notified is important because people like to be involved in actions around them, advertisement in the more popular areas of the community lets the people know. Interacting and socializing with the artist and other people is good for learning new things about the community. Providing food and drinks may invite people to come along and the accessibility of the exhibition is important for all people, making sure it’s in a place where everyone can get to and close to civilization.

The community supports the artists / designers, if there was no community there wouldn’t be a good crowd to encourage younger generations to collaborate with the art industry.

Accessibility: Its important that the community has access to these events.

  1. Zac - great work. Your group has attacked the perspective and come up with some good points. After your presentation you'll need to start thinking about gleaning info from ALL perspectives to refine your plan. Keep it coming!
